After I appealed to BBB, Roxio sent me a replacement drive, but Windows will not read it either. I went round and round with Roxio for several weeks. I checked that I meet the requirements for the program and everything works properly and I have all the updates for XP Pro. I recently bought a Roxio Creator 2011 software but my system won't read disc. XP SP3 read the Roxio Creator 2011 drive - why not?
